Note me
Ok to be clear it didn't take 3 hours to draw the pic of
Dras - 1st Level Wizard, I screwed up at least 4 sheets of paper trying to draw him. I'm so out of practice.
I blame D&D, which is ironic since this is a D&D character pic. To explain, I've been running D&D amongst other games for the past... oh... 15+ years and that (and growing up, getting married and work) have left no time to draw except for once in a blue moon with my buddy

. Recently I quit running a game but I have been fortunate to jump into another game as a player and so decided I take a crack at drawing our party of four, starting with my character - it took 3 hours. This is annoying because when I was younger I could churn out a whole party in the same amount of time. I could draw, ink and colour (with markers) a full body shot of a character in that time. Back then

and I would draw pics of our D&D characters, even party shots and fight scenes.
We had a ton of them hanging up on the wall of a friends garage. Imagine our horror when we showed up to a game and they were all gone. Now we had our suspicions of what happened to them that I'm not going to go into on a public forum, but there was always a chance that they were stolen. So if anyone out there stole a bunch of D&D drawings from the suburb of Cabramatta, NSW Australia in the late 80s, early 90s or knows of them and they still have them, drop me a message so I can get them back. I will forgive you as you were probably just a dumb kid who saw some awesome art.
Anyhoo hopefully this extra time allows me to get back to drawing faster, and better (still need to work on my style).
